The core problem our client faced was offering years of experience and expertise in network technologies to businesses who are less aware of or struggling with it. Solution:
Analysing the client’s needs, we decided the best course was to build a custom training management system that has the capabilities and functionalities to handle a complex information architecture. We streamlined and segmented client offerings and services into multiple web pages so it could be easier for the customers to browse, interact with, and find the right information at the right place.
Problem:
The client was facing trouble in onboarding interested candidates for training sessions.
Solution:
We built a custom functionality where the client could provide all the training-related data at the backend and the users would be able to see all the details in one place. They can either sign up and book the training session or they can opt for a custom training session for which they have to request via email. This simplified the process of attracting interested clients for the training session.
Problem:
The client had trouble with managing leads and providing centralized information from his end.
Solution:
We built a dynamic admin panel for the client in WordPress that allows him to upload, modify, or delete any information from anywhere on the TMS. With our customized content management system (CMS), the client had complete access to fill multiple training sessions’ information in a very simplified manner as well as receiving all the interested candidates’ data in one place for either virtual, in-person, or on-demand training sessions.
Problem:
The client wanted to provide a product testing feature to demonstrate the best qualities of his products but faced complications with it.
Solution:

With an information-heavy website, the chances of breakdown are higher than regular and the client did not know how to handle it.
Solution:
Support and maintenance are a key part of our services so we extended the same support to this client. We did everything from server hosting maintenance to version upgrades to unexpected bug removal. Furthermore, the client needed assistance in managing the backend and the influx of interested leads, so we also provided initial support.
