Problem:

We addressed this problem by creating a comprehensive e-learning platform that included both a user-friendly mobile app and a highly-functional web portal. This allowed users to access educational content easily on their mobile devices, ensuring a seamless learning experience. At the same time, we made management easier for the client through a dedicated admin panel.

Solution:

To overcome this challenge, we implemented a multi-role system, dividing users into four distinct roles: admin, sub-admins, tutors, and students. Each role had specific rights and access levels. Admins had full control over user roles and functions, assigning sub-admins rights as needed. Tutors could upload study materials and tests, which required approval from the admin before being made available to students. This structured hierarchy streamlined the platform’s operations and ensured proper content management.

The app offered exclusive plans, including study materials, videos, test series, and live classes, allowing students to choose the learning content that suited them best. Real-time updates and personalized notifications enhanced user engagement and satisfaction.

We provided the client with a powerful web portal that granted admin users full control over platform operations. Admins could add users, assign roles, and create courses and test materials. They also had the authority to set pricing and manage all aspects of the platform from the backend, ensuring smooth and seamless management of the e-learning platform.

Solution:

To achieve this goal, we introduced personalization features to the platform. Specially crafted courses, tailored to individual needs, are made available to students. Additionally, we included personalized scheduled notifications to keep the students engaged and informed about relevant content. The inclusion of a coupon feature allowed the admin to offer discounts and incentives, building loyalty among the user base and encouraging repeated usage.

We integrated a Content Management System (CMS) into the web portal, empowering the admin to make announcements and manage PDF documents easily. The admin had complete control over webinars, with the ability to manage, unpublish, add remarks, or delete them as needed, ensuring effective communication and interaction between tutors and students.
