As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for changes to improve efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with stakeholders from different departments to gather and analyze data, create reports and visualizations, and develop strategies for achieving business goals. Your role will involve identifying business requirements and translating them into functional requirements that can be used by development teams to build solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
  2. Define reporting and alerting requirements.
  3. Help design, document and maintain system processes.
  4. Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
  5. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
  6. Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
  7. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  8. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders).
  9. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
  10. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
  11. Help teams implement changes effectively.
  12. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  13. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
  14. Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.

  2. Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio

  4. Extensive experience with data visualization.
  5. High proficiency in technical writing.
  6. Analytical Problem Solving capabilities.
  7. Understanding of Software products, their features and software services.

Good to have Skills:

  1. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  2. Knowledge of Balsamic, Figma, and Canva.
  3. Should Have Knowledge Of Software Development Methods.
