Technocrats is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in B2B lead generation for the international market. The ideal candidate will leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and email marketing to identify, engage, and convert potential clients. This role demands strong sales strategies, email automation skills, and networking expertise to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Freelance.
  • Must have knowledge of writing proposals, analyzing job descriptions & requirements, and generating new leads.
  • Must be able to communicate with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Generate new leads and contribute to revenue generation.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in the CRM, ensuring communications are logged, and information is accurate.
  • Maintaining daily KRAs.
  • Must have excellent communication and written skills.
  • To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.

Good To Have Skills:

1. Market Research & Targeting: Understand company products, conduct research, and identify the best platforms for client acquisition.
2. Lead Generation: Develop and execute personalized email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
3. Email Marketing & Automation: Utilize tools like Snovio & HubSpot to optimize engagement and response rates. 4. Networking & Relationship Building: Build and nurture connections with key decision-makers via LinkedIn.
5. Lead Conversion: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to turn leads into clients.
6. Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign results and implement data-driven improvements.
7. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, best practices, and LinkedIn/email marketing algorithms.

  3. Lead Qualification – Strong ability to qualify leads and ensure they meet the target persona criteria.
  4. Content Personalization Skills – Crafting personalized outreach messages to improve engagement.
  5. Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal)
    Ability to Work Independently (time management & prioritization).
  6. Experience with Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Lead Gorilla, and social media platforms

Good To Have

  1. Familiarity with CRM systems & lead management tools
  2. Cold Calling Experience (International Market).

Education Qualification Required:

Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA, BSCIT, MBA (Sales & Marketing)

PG: MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc (Computer Science)
