Technocrats Horizons is  looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer with expertise in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom themes and plugins, ensuring website performance, scalability, and responsiveness, as well as collaborating with designers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
  2. Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  3. Convert design mockups and wireframes into fully functional WordPress themes.
  4. Ensure seamless user experiences with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  5. Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements.
  6. Customize WordPress core functionalities and resolve compatibility issues with third-party plugins.
  7. Integrate third-party APIs and external services with WordPress websites.
  8. Ensure database optimization and manage site security, including backups and updates.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketers, to deliver high-quality websites.
  10. Debug and resolve website issues, including performance bottlenecks and errors.
  11. Monitor and implement best practices for SEO, website architecture, and coding standards.
  12. Stay updated with the latest WordPress features, tools, and trends.

    3. Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
    4. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
    5. Understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
    6. Ability to debug and resolve website issues efficiently.
    7. Knowledge of WordPress security best practices and mitigation strategies.

Good-to-Have Skills:

    1. Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop for collaborating with designers.
    2. Experience with website optimization techniques, such as caching, minification, and image compression.
    3. Basic understanding of technical SEO and best practices for website architecture.
    4. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) and task runners (Gulp, Webpack).
    5. Knowledge of server management, website migrations, and hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel, AWS, or DigitalOcean).

Education Qualification Required:

  • Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization.
  • PG: MBA, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc in Any Specialization.
