As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, and design solutions that are intuitive and easy to use. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
  2. Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
  3. Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
  4. Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
  5. Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
  6. Increase user friendliness in digital products.
  7. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing and client projects.
  8. Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Must Have Skills:

  1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
  2. Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  3. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  4. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  5. Stay up to date with all of the industry’s trends and best practices.

Good To Have Skills:

  1. Experience in using video editing tools.
  2. Experience with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and sitemaps.
  3. Proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, In Vision, etc.
  4. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
