Refund & cancellation policy

The users who are willing to take up our services are required to assent to the ‘Refund & Cancellation Policy’. Here are some of the clauses of our policy:

• Once you have purchased the software after completing all the buying formalities, you can’t request a cancellation or refund. 
• Since all the data the user enters gets stored in the user’s server, Technocrats Horizons will not be responsible for any loss & misuse of data. You can’t claim any compensation from us. Neither you can ask for a refund of any services. 
• If you have upgraded the plan after completing all the payment formalities, you can request a cancellation for the activation of the updated plan, but the payment to upgrade the plan will not be refunded.
