Baby Genie

Problem:

Baby Genie had no medium to reach its audience and wanted a solution that would address this issue.

Solution:

We identified the problem of low reach and designed and developed a highly functional and visually appealing mobile app for Baby Genie. By utilizing intuitive user interface elements, streamlined navigation, and eye-catching visuals, we created an engaging app that effectively captivates users and their convenience. The app enables users to easily log in, select their desired prediction, and view their activity, transactions, and results at any time.

Problem:

Baby Genie faced the challenge of catering to different user needs.

Solution:

We addressed the challenge of meeting diverse user needs by implementing two separate sections within the app, namely “Reveal” and “Plan.” In the “Reveal” section, users can discover the gender prediction of their future child. In the “Plan” section, we provided personalized guidance and recommendations on conceiving the desired child gender, empowering users to plan their family with confidence.

Problem:

Baby Genie encountered a complex and cumbersome customer onboarding process that affected the overall user experience.

Solution:

We recognized the need for a simplified and seamless customer onboarding process to enhance user experience. To address this, we designed the process by introducing easy sign-up and sign-in options. Users can quickly provide a few necessary details or seamlessly sign up through their social media accounts. By integrating AWS Cognito, we ensured hassle-free authentication and social login, resulting in a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Problem:

Baby Genie faced payment options and pricing flexibility limitations, hindering user satisfaction and convenience.

Solution:

We tackled the issue of limited payment options and pricing inflexibility by integrating multiple payment gateways into the app. This enhancement allows users to make payments conveniently and securely using their preferred method. Furthermore, we introduced three pricing options that cater to different user preferences, ensuring a personalized and cost-effective experience for each user.

Problem:

Baby Genie lacked features that could enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Solution:

Recognizing the importance of user engagement and satisfaction, we implemented several features to improve the overall experience. We created an FAQ section within the app, addressing common queries and providing helpful information to users. Additionally, we integrated feedback forms, enabling users to share their suggestions and concerns directly with Baby Genie. Users can now easily share their prediction results on social media platforms to promote excitement and engagement.
